ValueError: Asking to pad but the tokenizer does not have a padding token

Fixes

1.Set tokenizer.pad_token = tokenizer.eos_token
2.Add pad token with tokenizer.add_special_tokens({'pad_token': '[PAD]'})
3.Resize model embeddings after adding token
